Unveiling… the Hall of Oracles
With just a few days to go before White Mischief “Around the World in 80 Days”, we can at last unveil our final acts to be announced, the seers and mystics of our exotic Hall of Oracles. Curated and hosted by Ophelia Bitz, the Hall of Oracles is a place to find relaxation and solace, but also a place to receive prophecies and messages from the Great Beyond.
Inside you will be met by Elias Rosenkreuz, Trance Medium and Prophet; Maria Romaine, genuine gypsy tarot reader descended from the Oldest Roma Family; Rocki Deniro, the Mad Mystic Monk of Malysia; and La Celine, Prophetess, Seer and Ornithomantis. Read on for photographs and further elucidation…
What is White Mischief?
White Mischief is a one night indoor festival combining all the best bits of a gig, a club, a party and a show – with none of the boredom and certainly no mud.
We hand-pick unique live musical acts and intersperse them with some of the most astonishing vaudeville and circus performers around. Past shows have included everything from a man electrocuting himself with 20,000 volts of visible electricity to harpists who play with strings attached to hooks in their own skin!

White Mischief “Around the World in 80 Days” is held at Scala in King’s Cross, London, a 1900s-era former art nouveau cinema. The venue contains two stages customised for live music and club nights, but also a variety of smaller rooms and spaces, which will be decorated in line with our theme by White Mischief’s team of art directors, some of whom have worked as set dressers in film and within the theatre for Punchdrunk’s “Masque of the Red Death”. To find out more, including address, transport, phone number and information about the outdoor smoking patio, read on.
